The Replica Zambird/Zambo Ace is a Super Robot featured in The Knights of the Multiverse, introduced in Season 1, that is based off of a robot from Invincible Steel Man Zambot 3. Created by the evil organization L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N., it's a high-speed aerial vehicle which is able to go faster than most normal fighter jets. The Replica Zambird can transform into a humanoid form. It originally formed the Replica Zambot 3's head and inner torso unit, though but after it heavily damaged, only the Zambo Ace was able to be salvaged and repaired, and would be piloted by Keiko Kamikita's android doppelganger when she joined The Knights.

Weapons[edit | edit source]

Replica Zambird[edit | edit source]

  • Tremble Horn

A laser that fires from a parabolic dish that emerges from the top of the Replica Zambird.

  • 50mm Vulcans

Machine guns that emerge out of the front of the Replica Zambird.

  • Missiles
  • Cockpits

Unique to the Zambird/Zambo Ace's design, it actually has two cockpits which become the robot mode's feet. However, it really only needs one pilot, with the second being reserved for passengers.

Replica Zambo Ace[edit | edit source]

  • Vulcans

The Replica Zambo Ace is still able to fire the Vulcans from its Zambird mode, emerging from just above its feet. This is usually done to shake off opponents.

  • Zambo Magnum

A large gun which can be outfitted with different parts to form not only a magnum but also a sniper rifle and rocket launcher.

Notes[edit | edit source]

Specs:

  • Height: 18 m/59 ft

The idea behind having a duplicate of Zambo Ace is mostly meant to give the Zambot 3 series a bit more exposure in KotM as a whole. However, it was important that it wouldn't overshadow most of the rest of the cast, since if "Robo-Keiko" was given Zambot itself, it would make her feel way too overpowered (and it would feel like a little much since only one character from the show would be piloting it).
