Rabia is a character from Astro Boy (2003) and is a minor character/antagonist in Knights of the Multiverse Season 1. She's a Droid created by the New Photon/Saotome Labs in a second experiment to test a Droid's ability to transform her body from a rather regal-looking woman into a powerful suit of armor, much like her friend Emily Tsurugi-Hono. Unlike Emily though, she wasn't given to a host family and was set out into the world only with the mission of eliminating "rogue" Droids, which has come mean two things to her; robots that commit evil of their own volition and have been discarded or run away from their owners, i.e. Droids that "act on their own".
Personality[]
At first glance, Rabia seems to be a good person and have a kind heart, and has a definite comradely with most other Droids from the New P/S Labs, especially Emily. However, she will put her mission above all else and try to destroy any "rogue" Droids she's targeted, and will always see to its completion by any means necessary.
But then again, even her moral compass is very confused, as she expresses the same attitude towards Normal-type Droids that have either been discarded and living on the streets as she would "evil" Droids and seek to destroy them without a second thought. She's even willing to destroy anyone that gets in the way of the mission too, be they friend or foe.

Notes[]
In her brief appearances in the original 2003 AB series, Rabia was actually created by an anti-robot terrorist group in a ploy to draw out the Blue Knight and frame Astro; though her later appearance in the "Robotonia" arc would have her reappear as part of the Blue Knight's forces, now with her own mind and fighitng against the humans. So, going off of how much influence Emily's portrayal in this series is inspired by the Space Sheriffs of the Metal Heroes franchise, Rabia's depiction here is influenced by the character of Seigi/Space Sheriff Estevan from the Sharivan NEXT GENERATION movie in that she's meant to be a sort of dark reflection of Emily, showing what sort of "hero" she might have become if she didn't have her parents' guidance and own moral compass. Although rather than a straight debate about the inherit evil of human nature like with Seigi, here it's meant to be a showcase of how one's ideals can be twisted. She even has a sword in this version, with its design based off of BK's own blade, to draw the parallels to Emily more (that, and it fits with her knight-like appearance).
