Dr. Strangepants is a character from Phineas and Ferb and is a minor antagonist in Knights of the Multiverse Season 1. He's a member of the evil organization L.O.S.R..

Upon first inspection of Strangepants's name, one would obviously think that his name is a parody of the famous Stanley Kubrick film, Dr. Strangelove. But actually, it's based on another Strangelove parody; specifically the name on a theatre billboard seen in the Simpsons episode, Like Father, Like Clown.
