Dr. Empra is a character from Phineas and Ferb and is a minor antagonist in Knights of the Multiverse Season 1. She's a member of the evil organization L.O.S.R. and is the one responsible for creating the Dark Sisters.
Personality[]
Like a large number of L.O.S.R. staff (unfortunately), Empra is a cold, uncaring scientist that only sees her creations as tools to enact her will. Her main motivation for joining the Renegades is to "remind" the rest of the world this "fact", that Droids are still only machines meant to used by humans however they see fit, and disposed of whenever they fail to meet their expectations.
On a less dark note, she did seem to have a love for Japanese attire, as evidenced by the outfits she gave the Dark Sisters.

Empra's name is based off of the Dark Sisters' original creator in the original Galaxy Fraulein Yuna series, the Machine Empress.
