Combattler V is the titular robot of Chodenji Robo Combattler V and is a Super Robot featured in The Knights of the Multiverse. It is one of the first Super Robots made on Earth Prime, created around the 1980's, and was piloted by the Battle Team.

  • Atomic Burner

A flamethrower stored in Combattler's hands that it brings out by bringing its arms together.

  • Rock Fighter

Combattler can shoot missiles from his fingers.

  • Battle Guleggar

Combattler can release a chain with a metal collar from the arms; usually used for grabbing opponents by the neck.

  • Battle Chainsaws

Combattler can launch the tank treads on its back, which are now armed with spikes.

  • V Laser

Combattler can release purple energy V's from the V on its forehead.

  • Chodenji (Superelectromagnetic) Yo-Yo

Combattler releases a pair of powerful yo-yos from its arms that are each equipped with a powerful buzzsaw.

  • Yo-Yo Double Cutter

When the yo-yos combine for a more powerful buzz saw attack.

  • Twin Lancer

Combatller V can release a blade in each shoulder to form a lance.

  • ChoDenji Crane

Combattler can release a spiked block which is connected to the arms with a wire.

  • Chodenji Spark

Combattler summons lightning from its antennae and re-channels it through its hands towards enemies with great explosive force.

  • Grand Light Wave Rail and Grand Dasher

Combattler can form a tangible energy trail from its chest, turn into a tank-like vehicle and ram down opponents.

  • Chodenji Hurricane and Chodenji Spin

Combattler creates an energy tornado that keeps enemies in place for a short period of time. It will then spin extremely fast, turn its body into a large drill of lightning, and ram itself through opponents.

In the original Combattler V, there is no connection/continuity between it and Voltes. That connection, obviously, has been taken to its extreme in KotM, to the point where Voltes is considered something of a Combattler 2.0.
